Weihua Won Excellent Demonstration Project

Recently, Weihua Group got a notification from Henan provincial government office and Henan Provincial Committee of industry and information technology, the Automatic welding process of hoisting machinery large steel structure and equipment development that we cooperatively reported with Zhengzhou University had gained Henan Provincial Industry-University-Research Excellent Demonstration Project, and would got a special fund support from Henan provincial government.

The Automatic welding process of hoisting machinery large steel structure and equipment development aims at developing automatic welding and reforming of main girders and end beams, automatic intermittent welding process of main girders, automatic welding turnover process of trolley frame, etc. We cooperate and research with School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhengzhou University.

Comparing to traditional manual welding technology which needs worker with high technological level, and brings problems of low productivity, poor quality stability and serious environmental pollution, this project is going to introduce automatic welding technology and equipment to reduce labor intensity; increase productivity; achieve steady, accurate and quick technological process.

And, with Implementing of the project and cooperating in Industry-University-Research, this project will develop a group of comprehensive talents which combines with practice and theory of the intelligent manufacturing. That benefits for speeding up the process of green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing for Weihua Group.
