LDP Model Single Girder EOT Overhead Crane
LDP Model single girder EOT overhead crane is equipped with electric hoist as light small lifting equipment which has traveling orbit. It's improved and redesigned on the basis of LD Model, compared with LD Model, its structure is more reasonable and the whole crane rigidity is stronger.
Use and applied occasions:
It's extensively applied in plants, warehouses, material stocks, and some other different places to lift goods. But it's prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible, explosive or corrosives environment.
Main features:
1. Reasonable structure
The crane is mainly combined with four structures:
a. Mental structure parts
The main girder adopts U-shaped Channel steel, the cross beam also adopts this steel welding into box-type beam, bolted connection between the main beams.
b. Travelling mechanism
The travelling mechanism uses respectively driven form; the drive and brake are completed by the conical rotor brake motors. The transmission relies on the “open-close” type gear.
c. Electric equipment
The traveling motor is single speed asynchronous conical rotor brake motor, and the traveling speed is 20m/min.
d. Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is electric hoist with high quality which gained score No.1 for continuous 6 years. The crane can be equipped with different kinds of hoists: CD1 Model, MD1 Model, HC Model and so on.
2. High configuration
